"Dr. Rick is the best! I drive about 1 hour and 15 mins WEEKLY just to continue getting top tier service from him and his receptionist. They are very professional and most of all they are so welcoming! I love the fact they remember all of their clients names! It’s the best feeling when they can engage/converse with you and address you by your name. I am even more impressed because they have such a high volume of clients. Although it may seem as though they are so busy and that there are so many people that may arrive around the same time, they have such a rapid, structured and repetitive routine where they get their clients in and out the door.
